Radio Salmon
The El Salmón project aims to mobilize society through democratic and progressive sectors' different points of view, experiences and alternative positions. Its objective is to enter into a socially sensitive dialogue that encourages critical and participatory processes in defense of dignity and diversity as identity elements of social reconstruction in Colombia.

HRDs in Colombia work in a violent and unsafe environment. They are subjected to threats, intimidation, arbitrary detention, enforced disappearances, physical assaults, torture, killings, illegal searches of their homes and offices and stigmatisation as a result of their activities in defence of human rights.
