Enrique Guerrero Aviña is a human rights defender and philosophy student at Mexico's National Autonomous University (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, UNAM). He has worked to guarantee economical, social, cultural and environmental rights in Mexico, especially the right to education in marginalized areas. He is a member of the Liquidámbar human rights collective and of the University-based literary workshop Carlos Montemayor.
